Forming LLC’s or Corporations separates and protects personal assets from the debts and obligations of a business.
When forming LLC’s, you must first start with the Articles of Organization. In any Georgia LLC formation, articles of
organization must be filed with the Corporations Division of the Secretary of State. State law requires that certain
information be included in the articles of organization of your Georgia LLC formation. This information may include:
- The company name
- The name and address of each organizer
- The street address of the LLC's registered office
- The name of the LLC's registered agent at that office
- The street address of the principal place of business
- Any other provisions, not inconsistent with law, that the member elect to be set forth including any matters that
are required to be or may also include an operating agreement under this article.
We have attached a Questionnaire that will familiarize you with the questions that we will ask during the consultation.
