Howard S. Bush is a Georgia native, born in Barnesville in 1944. He attended the University of Georgia in Athens where he received his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees, graduating in 1972.

He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia since May 23, 1972. He worked as an Associate with Harrison, Jolles, Miller & Bush, APC, in Augusta from 1972 to 1978, after which he started his own firm. His primary area of practice is Real Estate and is licensed to write title insurance in Georgia and South Carolina for American Pioneer Title Insurance Company.

Brian C. Bush is a Georgia native, born in Athens, in 1970. He spent most of his childhood and adult life in Augusta, Georgia. He attended the University of Georgia, where he received his undergraduate degree. He later attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, receiving his Juris Doctorate December 13,1997.

He has been licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia since June 3, 1998. He has been licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina since September 25, 2001. He worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Augusta Judicial Circuit from June of 1998 to June of 2002. On June 3, 2002, he joined his father's practice. His primary area of practice is Real Estate, and also works in the areas of creditor Bankruptcy, Probate, and Civil Litigation.
